Like I said before I have severe DDD among other things. I also hold a lawyer and I had the BIG audible range with the ALJ attorney law go-between.. now I am giong to the appeals counsil board .. to appeal her decision.. have any have this much trouble? Thank's

My dad went through hell to bring SSI and he is definitely and permanently disabled. They'll report you that they turn everyone away to prevent fraud but I think it's just sluggish governmental employees who hope most will go away and lessen their work nouns.

I don't know of anyone who has gotten SSI the first time they tried or without a advocate. It shouldn't be that way, but it appears to be the case.
