I haven't heard anything new on the shield but based on the story, the Lawyer will rot in prison. If the unmoving man is found to have molested the child then that's a different entity, but as of now there is no evidence proving that he did. The solely thing is the childs testimony, but no physical evidence. Another item to note is that the presumed molestor didn't have a criminal story linking him to any sexual or child abuse. The child's dad acted irrationally and he will pay for it in a minute. What do you think?

The father should have taken his daughter to any a doctor or a psychologist so that they could check for evidence of molestation. The murder was obviously premeditated, so the father should find whatever penalties are meted out to those who are convicted for first-degree murder. I hold absolutely no sympathy for him, because as a lawyer, he really should enjoy known better.

I don't know anything more or less the case, but children don't always show evidence of sexual molestation, depends exactly on what be done, obviously he believed his child and did act irrationally, but I enjoy children and I would be tempted to do the same item if they told me that. Hmmm, we probably will never know for sure if that is even true or not, but I would certainly parley to that child a lot, I really don't know why that child would make that up. Remember, not adjectives child abusers ever get charged, I know I had a grandfather that be one.
