What do you do when your rights lower than state lemon law expire?
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ANYONE>
I own a mazda Rx-8. ( never buy one of these) It has 32,000 miles on it and its an 2004. Its been turning past its sell-by date while driving which is very unsafe. I have taken it within to the dealer 6 times in a month or so.Everytime they enunciate they fixed it but they dont. Last time they said i dont drive it right. ( like i dont push the gas to the floor and they say i should) Every time i telephone call customer support they say take fund to the dealer. Its under warrenty still but my lemon canon rights expired about 7 monthes ago. Are there federal law or what should I do? I cant take the time to bring it in and I dont want to own to sell it and start over in a sports car payment! I need backing im desperate. PLease.
Answers:
Actually if your problems began before your protection below the Lemon Law expired you may still be protected. Find a consumer protection lawyer and get some guidance.
It all depends on how good your advocate is and how well your case is presented. It is possible if your problems started back the lemon law expired for you, you still can fight it. You only need to take it into consideration if its worth the money of a legal representative.
