HELP! Car problems and Lemon canon?
have a 2008 Nissan Versa, and a few days ago my car have had some problems. I took it in and we found out the engine is close to giving out and the technician told me to set free up money to buy a new car. I wasnt aware of the grease change frequently which is my fault, but I did metamorphosis it in the year I've had it. A friend told me that something still doesn't nouns right because it is a year old which has be built better then older modules and the engine is roughly speaking to die. I also have a few more issues with my vehicle such as, the keypad not working, the release for the gas tank no longer works, and that when I lock my motor it no longer has a beeping racket. I would greatly appreciate the advice on whether or not I have a shield. What should I do? I was told to look into the Lemon Law

Lemon law only applies to cars that hold the exact same problem 3 or more times. Not 3 different problems 1 time apiece.
As for the engine damage, failing to change the grease at intervals listed in the owner's encyclopaedia is one of the few ways to void a factory warranty on a car. The amount of TIME between grease changes usually won't void the warranty, but the number of miles between grease changes will. So, if you only drove your saloon ~5000 miles (as an example) for the 1st year you owned it but only changed the oil once, your warranty should still be valid. If you go, say, over 10,000 miles without an grease change (or ran the sports car with a low oil smooth for extended periods of time etc.,) and the manual call for oil changes every 5,000 miles, your warranty most expected won't cover any work or damages caused to the engine from now on.
