Indiana Lemon Law.... Please push for.?

Can a lawyer or someone knowledgeable contained by lemon law please read this code and tell me if a used vehicle (50K miles) that I purchased Monday would be covered. A second mechanic judgment noted flood damage. Something that was not disclosed by the dealership or Carfax report.

Do I hold any rights to void the contract? I know flood damage can't really be "fixed," so what do you do contained by this case? Will the bank tolerate me out of the contract? Would the dealership be required to offer me another vehicle? Should I contact the Attorney General's Office or DMV?

Thank you.
