Lemon imperative , how can i find my money hindmost?
after buying 06 auto been 3 or 4 times to dealer for differnt repairs can i capture my money back or what can i do tommorrow goiing back 4 a more clap pistons & brakes HELP !

Used cars do not have lemon laws. I'm sure an 06 have a warranty though. If there is factory warranty left run it to a dealer who sells those cars. If not the selling hawker will pay. If you bough a car lacking a warranty shame on you. Didn't you have the car inspected in the past you bought it?
It has to have be bought new and you have to be the untested owner, and it has to be less than 2 years hoary. You have to have have the car in the shop for matching repair 4 times (i think) or have been inept to use the car, such as it being contained by the shop for 30 days during the 2 year period. And you have to hold the documentation to prove all of this.
I am pretty sure it may vary some from state to state, so you might want to check on your state's website.
