Lemon Law In Washington State?
Is there a lemon law contained by Washington state for used vehicles and if not what can I do if the sports car has been breaking down ever since I bought it?

The federal lemon law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects citizens of adjectives states. State lemon laws vary by state and may not necessarily cover used or lease cars.

Lemon Laws do NOT exist for used cars. Lemon Laws are used if you buy a new vehicle that has problems. Sometimes the factory screws up, and if you buy a hot car, it should be just right.
What you can do, if you bought the coup¨¦ from a dealership, within the past month, if you hold put less than 1000 miles on it...is call them up, speak beside the sales manager or the owner, inform them the situation and that you are not happy with it, and you regard as that they knew this car be problematic and didn't tell you, all you are asking is that they credit you adjectives the money, including tax and fees towards something else on their lot. If they are really nice and happy customers are influential to them, then this may work. But it's 90% likely that they will read out sorry buddy, you bought a used car, should have purchased the extended warranty, you are screwed.

That's how all grown-ups who fold a car purchase by not letting a mechanic inspect it first do things.
