Lemon regulation?
I bought a 1996 volvo 850 from a car dealer and equal day I bought it driving it home I stopped to get something to drink and the sports car wouldnt start and it had to be towed to a shop and now they're recitation me it has all these problems, and I would resembling to know if I can get my money back through the lemon decree or any other way. I live in washington state.

not sure about the law in wash. but up to that time you buy a car you should always cart it to a local repair shop and let them look at it with you near and let them tell you any point they see wrong this way you know what your getting into and you can use this information as a bargining factor and the shop techs may tell you whether they devise the car is worth it or not trust me i had to put up close to 10 cars this week our customers have brought to us cause they be thinking about buying them and half of them i tokd them not to buy also a trusty shop will not charge you for this service we dont
As I remember the Lemon Law only pertained to unknown cars not cars that are 11 years old. Most of the used cars sold to day are sold "AS IS" unless you you purchase a extended warranty and near a car that old it could be expensive. On the bill of Dutch auction or contract it should mention that the car is sold "AS IS" .Did you read over and understand the unbroken procedure ?
