Id approaching to submit a claim for lemon imperative surrounded by TX?

I have a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon purchased the vehicle new (0 miles)
From 2007 I hold taken the vehicle several times for:

Airbag Light on (2 times)
Stereo (2 times) I ended up replacing it myself
Battery
Headlights
Sunroof
AC (2 times never found anything according to them)
Door handles (these come off)

Among other Cosmetic issues.

The supplier agrees to repair these but as you may know Hyundai is the cheapest brand out there so their staff is not really qualified so I end up taking the coupé multiple times.
I don’t care they can keep the vehicle as long as they want, the thing is they wont loan a car and usually they keep hold of car for about 3-4 days! I cant afford a rental and I own to go to work.

Any of you have suggestions of what can I do or if my sports car qualifies for Lemon Law? Ive spoken with other owners and they don’t seem to be to have this issue, it really sucks as I am only working for this piece of sh***
And it doesn’t even work correctly LOL

Ill be requesting a history on repairs of the vehicle shortly.
"> I don't remember the exact details, but I believe the Texas lemon ruling requires that it need to be repaired 3 times for the SAME PROBLEM. Not for multiple different problems. Standby while I check into it.

*edit*
Details from TXDOT. Looks like in attendance is a $35 filing fee for them to look at your shield.

Hmmm... I'm not finding anything more specific. Just that they must be given a reasonable number of chances to fix the issue. I suggest you shift through TXDOT.
