What can i do around my 2000 volvo s8o? (lemon decree?)?
Bought it off a dealer for a total of $14,000. 2 months then the lower control arm almost falls off. 4-5 months after that, the airbag light is on, powerfully all the warning lights are on. It have developed a coolant leek. It has developed a power steering fluid leek. I still hear an annoying squeak from the right front of the car, and finally, only as i pull into my driveway from work, the transmission decide it doesnt want to engage any more. I signed an "as is" on the contract. I have since bought a brand unsullied honda, and have been paying booth payments. I still owe $9,000 on the volvo. Now i in recent times cant afford it any more. HELP! Am i screwed?

Yes. Lemon law only apply to new cars. Unless you can show the merchant defrauded you, you are stuck with the Volvo.
Sounds like you are out of luck...but mayber not completely.
Try calling Volvo (the factory) and see if there enjoy been any recalls for the problems you enjoy had. Perhaps you can get some reimbursement for any of those.

Lemon laws apply to new vehicle. If I read your question correctly, you bought the Volvo used, and "as is" so the lemon law have nothing to do with it.
If your Volvo be repaired and offered for sale, you might get 8 distinguished out of it on a good day, so you are upside down.
Guess buying a strange car was a doomed to failure decision on your part. I don't know what else to relate you.
