do you know of any other ethnic group who had the same amount of problems next to their armada? I think you need tons people with similar experiences to receive a lemon law
Paper work to back up claims, that's dutiful. One problem i see it's a 2005 already a few years old not a new motor (2009) so as car gets elder you will have things go out on it.
I ruminate it's your dealer that has poor techs to diagnose the needed repairs. Find yourself a up to date shop or dealer to take it to. Source(s): 20+ yrs mechanic
Lemon Law is only for inventive new car buyer. Did you buy this aramada unusual? Nissan Knows the exhaust manifolds crack and they have made better exhaust manifolds to correct that problem. Brake judder has a service bulliten where on earth the front brakes are replaced. Sorry you have had problems getting the brakes fixed. Once running Armadas across the world do not have stalling issues. I haven't seen a brake admonition light on keeping the truck from moving... In rare cases ancestors get a trouble prone car. Your purveyor has to have indistinguishable problem unresolved after 3 visits or have to enjoy the car out of service for more than 30 days. I thought Lemon Law does not apply after 3 years 36,000 miles but I could be wrong. Source(s): Nissan Master Tech
