Does Montana own a used sports car lemon canon?
we bought a car 07/06/07 and it broke down 07/09/07 20 miles out of town.

There's no lemon regulation on used cars. No lemon law on used cars....keep axiom that. You bought a used car, you didn't say what the quality of the breakdown was, so I don't know what to suggest you do.

No state has a used coupé lemon law. Even if there be, a lemon is defined as 3 failed attempts to fix the same problem or 30 days out of service surrounded by a year. Breaking down on the way home isn't close to being a lemon. Didn't you enjoy it inspected before you bought it?
