Does the lemon imperative contained by maryland apply to used cars purchase or its one and only clean cars?

i bought a used car in maryland near warranty,and drove it for less than 1000 miles,it started giving me problems and i took it back to the dealership for repair,they give their rental car instead and its driving smoothly,my car have been in the shop for a month ++ and they enjoy still not repaired it,do i have the right to claim the rental car they hold given me for exchange?
