Why isnt in that a lemon statute contained by the state of pa for used car's?
Got a 2000 s10 blazer from Day centennial Uniontown on March 8, 2007. And ever sence we've had it we have be having truble with it, we've have it in service department to get it fixed more consequently 10 time's. And every time we get it back it run's close to crap. I have asked for the work history on the blazer from the first day i've taken it within to get fixed, The brack's keep going desperate and when we take it in to go and get checked day centennial tell's us that thay dont see nothing wrong beside them, I have been outstandingly stressed, and my marriage of 12 year's is in effect over this blazer, It's not generous to us that we cant have anything done over this. I've even called the local new's and be wanting to share with every one how day centennial have treated myself and my family.I've tried to get a hold of an attorney and thay dont want no part's of this. I'm making my monthly payment's and adjectives i want to do is traid it in.

No state I'm aware of have a lemon law applicable to used cars. Can you define "runs resembling crap"? If you want the vehicle history, go to Carfax.com and get it yourself. The Dealer may not hold the repair history to give you. How do you know the "bracks" are bad? Because it doesn't stop as hurriedly as you'd like? Doesn't mean there's anything wrong.Have you taken it to another shop for a second assessment. No media will care, and you enjoy no grounds for a suit.
Take it to another shop, be realistic, and I'm sure it'll be fine.
Hey, you bought a 7 year old-fashioned vec. and not one of the better ones. I'll bet if you look at the paper work on it you will find the words "Sold as is" !! Have a nice day.
Did you get a carfax vehicle report beforehand you purchased your truck? If you got your truck from a major dealership, and not one of those roadside dealer, they should have given you a history report. My partner purchases a 1998 GMC Sonoma back surrounded by 2000, and that truck was a lemon, and the kicker is, she got it sour the major dealership lots. You can do it yourself by going to www.carfax.com, but you will have to foot a little fee though. I hope this help, and there should be some kind of lemon statute in every state, but each state is different.
