What are the requirements to actvate Ohio's lemon imperative?

I have a 2005 Huyandi Sonata that has have an oil leak since I bought it clean in July of 2005.I have have the car back to dealership 4or 5 times . they are not sufficiently expert to repair it . I purchased car with roughly speaking 1,500 miles on it.there are 23,000 miles on it now...
Answers:
You read out it was new when you bought it (with 1500 miles) ?
be it a dealer demo?
If so than it was untitled & considered NEW.
This is earth-shattering because the LEMON LAW only pertains to NEW UNTITLED VEHICLES.

I'm also concerned about the currant mileage on your vehicle.
I judge the manufacturer warranty is limited to 10,000 miles per year. The lemon directive says it must "conform to your vehicles expressed warranty" If you've exceeded the mileage per year, the tenet and/or warranty may not apply. Tricky Huh ?
Read your warranty book that came with the vehicle. I could be wrong.
also when you bought your unsullied vehicle ( if it was in certainty new) you should've been given a copy of your rights under the lemon canon in your state.
Review your paperwork & all the answers will be in attendance. Source(s): In the auto business since 1983
Was the car purchased Brand New? Was the oil dribble from the same problem? How long has the dealership ahd your vehicle for? Source(s): Lead Programmer for "The Auto Evlautor"
