What r the lemon law within texas?

i just bought a car today and the vehicle was running fine and then i started it latter and the motor was knocking. i can not drive the sports car anymore because the motors no good. is there some type of lemon tenet that applies in texas?

it only applies to unmarked cars unfortunately in most states,and it say that if the vehicle has to be taken in more than 3 times for the transposable repair,it can be declared a lemon,Texas has the same law on this as my state does,if its used you probably are stuck with it,sorry it happened to you,dutiful luck with it. Lemon laws are merely applied for new cars.

If it is new, after you need to let the trader to have a chance to fix it. If you keep hold of bringing it back for the same idea, then its a lemon.
