Do you know what "as-is" means? There be no warranty stated or implied. If you bought it from a lot, they had you sign something for sure. No situation where you got it I doubt own any legal recourse. You should've taken it to a mechanic to look at before you bought it.
Since it be sold "AS-IS" then no warranty was implied. I presume that you are on your own with this one. good luck.
The Florida Lemon Law (as a situation of fact, the lemon law surrounded by all states) covers only hot vehicles, not used.
If you bought used, beside no warranty, AS IS, if it fell into a million piece as you exited the lot, too bad. No, you are not protected in any instrument. AS IS means just that.
That is why adjectives used vehicles should be inspected by your mechanic before purchase to find any unnoticed faults or problems. Even though it costs a little to do so, it can potentially reclaim a whole lot, as you have found out.
As-is means that you bought it surrounded by the condition it was, with no warranty. You are not covered lower than the lemon law program.
solitary if they gave you a warranty the lemon law solely pertains too new cars
Sorry but you bought it As-Is so that money that you are stuck with it. The Lemon Law wouldn't cover you because it wasn't a brand new coup¨¦.
