Car lemon law Hawaii ?

I bought a 2000 Volvo S40 about 3 months ago. There are some things going wrong with the vehicle. 1. Broken headlight brackit, 2. window moters x2 , 3. shift knob broken, 4. door panels trims falling past its sell-by date, 5. Shot in the blinkers. I have call the dealer and they say that its a used coupé and there is nothing they can do because its not underneath warrenty. What are my options ? There was one porthole motor out when I bought the car on the back not here side and they did a 101 point inspection and never told me about that. Now all these other things enjoy started to happen. Please HELP !!

Used vehicles do not apply lower than the New Vehicle Warranty Rights Act, or "lemon law" as it is commonly known.

However, if you bought from a licensed dealer, you signed a form call a Buyer's Guide. that was either checked "As-is, No warranty" or "Warranty". If the form be markjed "Warranty", you may have some legal recourse, depending on the details of said warranty, which are down on the same form. Unless you signed this form stating that there be a dealer-added warranty, you have no legal recourse.

If the Buyer's Guide be marked "As-IS no warranty" or the warranty stated on the Buyer's Guide has expired, delight in your new car. You own it. Sell it, trade it, keep hold of it. Thoise are your three choices. Source(s): 7 plus years of selling cars.
i agree
i wouldnt trust people in hawii, subsequent time try buying a cheaper new car. you could look at some of the law for cars maybe?
Hopefully you got a great deal on the motor #1.#2 if it was sold" as is" because the car is so behind the times then it is just that.. you can check the lemon law but that just really establishes some bs if it did have a warranty....I don`t know you woulda been ok if it were 30 days or smaller amount....but you got , got..put in the picture them you wanna trade that hunk a junk in beside them for another and you need a discount for your hassles, or youre gonna complain to the BBB...dutiful luck
