Lemon law within New Mexico?

I sold my truck about a month ago as a private party public sale. The buyer keeps calling and telling me that the truck keep breaking down. It was a very biddable truck when I sold it. He is threatning me with the lemon law. Does the lemon tenet apply to private party sales contained by New Mexico.

Lemon laws do not cover private "as is" sales for cars that are no longer covered by warranty.
