Lemon Laws For Homes In Illinois?

Last February we bought our first home. The home was listed next to a new roof and well pump. At inspection these things come back good and we go ahead and bought the house. A few days later our insurance agents come out to do a final apraisal or what ever, they noticed a few shingels be missing, and we went ahead and called some one to fix them. While the guy be up there he noticed we be missing the tar paper beneath the shingels, and that the shingels were old and diluted. So obviously, not a new roof. I call our agent who was not helpful, and have been avoiding me since. So I called the merchant who informed me, that there was never a unknown roof. I then called her agent from Vigna, who wouldn't even help yourself to my calls. Now it's November, and our well pump a short time ago died. I talked to the local guy, and was told the elderly owners never replaced the pump, he knows because he did the work. They just rigged it to work. It's palpable we were lied to, is there any article we can do?

Also when the previous owner put the home up for sale they be required to fill out a statement about the condition of the home. If they flat out lied on that form, consequently you will sue them as well.
