Lemon regulation legally recognized confusing?
We purchased a truck from a dealership and I believe there is a 30 day warrentee. Now going on for 2-3 months after purchase we have fixed the rear differential, they fixed a crack within the windshield from purchase, the back right shock is leaking from purchase, tightened belts contained by the transmission in hopes we won't own to replace the transmission. The differential was cut of trying to fix the problems without having to discharge the $3500 to get a new nouns. If we did buy a bad transmission does this qualify for the lemon directive? and what should I do?

Lemon Laws do not apply to used vehicles. They one and only apply to new.
There is no lemon law on used vehicles. Used vehicle are sold as is unless the seller offers a warranty. When buying a used vehicle allways own it checked out before you buy. You might be able to achieve the seller to fix the problems before you complete the Dutch auction but once the sale is complete they have no further obligation to fix any problems unless the gave you a warranty.
Lemon law only apply to NEW vehicles that are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
What do you suggest when you say that you "believe" there be a 30 day warranty? Either there be or there wasn't. If there be and you brought a defect that was covered by the warranty to the attention of the vendor within the 30 days they are obligated to repair it. Anything discovered outside the 30 days (or brought to their attention after the 30 days) is on you, however.
