Is near a lemon canon within ohio for a used coupé or what rights do i enjoy?
i put 400.00 on a 94 taurus that i still owe 1100 on. it is only been 36 hours and the nouns fluid pour out and the transmission is no good. i get it from a dealer in ohio as "as is". What can I do?

First of all try speaking with the dealership, they sometimes would to some extent take the car hindmost and refund your money rather than own an Attourney General compalint against them (especially if the car was one and only 1100) but you may have to bite the bullet on this one...sounds like the dealership have the upperhand legally.
Lemon laws don't apply to a 14 year old, used vehicle. You bought the motor "as is" and there is your answer. Do you not understand what "as is" mode? You could have saved yourself profusely of trouble by getting the car checked out before you bought it.

Your vehicle will not qualify for an Ohio Lemon. The law are very strict and a car that infirm is a "buy at your own risk." Other than asking the dealership to help fix it, there is nil you can do.
There is usually no lemon tenet on used cars its for new only. You already said the two words that read out it all "as is " means no warranty . The merely thing you can do it just hold on to fixing it or sell it.
