Does Lemon directive surrounded by Ca apply to fridges below warrnaty, if yes how tons tries does the trader capture to fix it .?

Repair men have come to my home 5 times, and worked on the fridge twice by putting in brand new compressor they are going to put in a third compressor which probably wont work
