Lemon statute and lacking hair tires?
We just purchased a 2007 Nissan Sentra and the tires are BALD. They wont make it another thousand miles! Is in attendance a law against selling us a vehicle with tires that could drastically easily cause an disaster? I need to know if there is any opening we can try to get better (not necessarily new) tires on the vehicle. We spent all our bread on the down payment! Does any of this apply to the lemon law for arizona? Please help out!

Unfortunatly no, IF the condition of the tires were common Knowledge to the buyer at the time of purchase. If here had been a moral set on, and then they switched them to crap tires then here is an issue. What if the car be missing the hood? Would you have missed that too? The tires were surrounded by plain sight when you agreed to buy the car, so you own absolutely NO recourse. You cant cry "Lemon Law" just because you cant afford the upkeep.

The tires are noticeable! You bought a car with shiny on top tires! The lemon law doesn't cover this, tires are designed to wear out. It's your fault. Buy some exotic tires and drive it.
First piece....The lemon law only applies to NEW cars, unfamiliar. If the tires were worn when you were considering buying it, you should own made it an issue when negotiating the price. I suggest getting to the tire store and get some unusual tread on your car (at your expense).
