Legal guidance on a vehicle/lemon regulation?
I bought a 2001 BMW from Carmax and have only have it for 3 months and i purchased a 3 year 3000 mile warranty. the car is now within the shop for the second time first an electrical problem that took a week,now it overheated and cost me 200 dollars in towing and the radiator have oil in it and the carmax me chanic when call told me to take it to BMW. Bmw very beneficial and courteous but carmax is denying to send a adjuster there to approve the work want a direct answer how it happen because BMW's answer to it just a headgskets tisn'tsnnt good satisfactory? so what do i do and they want me to pay BMW labor charges plus they want a tear down which is 20 hoursrl of labor

Lemon laws are enormously specific and are by state, but they all apply only to Brand New Autos.
The warranty from a company lke Carmax is not worth the rag it is written on as it has so many loopholes a T-Rex could drop thru them.
