Is near a lemon imperative on houses within texas?
my wife bought a house in central texas surrounded by october of 2006. we are the first owners and moved in as soon as the paint was dry. the weekend that we moved within, the drain pipe for the AC condensation came lose and ruined portions of a wal and flooded the carpet. the reapair man told me that the pipe wasn't glue together. the builder paid for the repairs. about one month subsequent the home was hit with 35 to 40 mph wind and the chimney broke off and fell causing sprain to the roof and the cieling inside. it took them over a month and a threat of legal action but the builder fixed that as very well. i have also had two lantern fixtures replaced on the front of the house, and the ones in the back enjoy quit working as well. now i own sideing coming off. these are just a few of the problems we enjoy had. is there any class of lemon law in texas on homes. i could grasp if it was an older home but it is untried construction. do i have any rights or just the builders warranty. will this effect expediency too?
There probably should be a lemon tenet in Austin at a well agreed ranch.
you should have a home warranty..since the house is brand topical ....which should cover any inside problems like peeling paint, unpromising pipes etc..for the outside issues cause by the wind and such you homeowners insurance should cover that type of stuff
