Is near a lemon imperative for a home??

My husband and I were so tired of renting that we got ourselves into an owner fianace concordat. The home was DISGUSTINGLY dirty, I cleaned it for 2 weeks. We painted the entire home, all appliances be supposed to be replaced with new ones, instead they put used ones within and we had to pay for a fresh refrigerator after only a month. The dining room leaks within 4 different spots. It has no central nouns, so we put in a small window component and it will not run because the breaker keeps tripping. We have have to pay to fix the dishwasher and when we talked to the owner, he stated, that we bought a used home. We did not own an inspection, and I feel totally helpless. I know we should have prearranged better but we just wanted to own a home so fruitless that we jumped in. Now we want out, in need ruining our credit. Can anyone help?
Answers:
That is what home inspections are for when you buy a house, if the roof was leaking I don't know how it passed inspections. You must have been contained by the house before you purchased it, you had to know what you be getting into. You have 3 days within signing a mortgage that you can posterior out, but after that you are stuck. If it was in the proffer they would replace the appliances with brand new ones you could rob them to court on that, but the filthyness and the leaks are unfourtonatly there and you can't do much just about it.
If you want out, your only option is to go it.

You said it yourself, you didn't have an inspection. Tough way to swot a lesson, but I'll bet you won't make THAT mistake again!

If you have a contract that states that exotic appliances will be put in the home, you may have a crust for that in Small Claims Court.

To answer your original give somebody the third degree, there's no "lemon law" on a home purchase. It's strictly Caveat Emptor -- Let the Buyer Beware.
As far as I know, there is zilch you can do.... except maybe get an attorney involved. Most homes require an inspection if you get Lender financing. Consult a real estate attorney, he'll review your purchase contract (if there be one). If anything, this was an expensive lesson as to why you should always win 2 things: A Real Estate Attorney for Real Estate Purchases & a Home Inspection. There are too many unscrupulous people out within!
