devout luck!
As stated more rapidly, will vary from state to state.almost confident 100% that "lemon laws" do not apply to used vehicles....these law are in effect for new cars with the sole purpose..usually the same problem has to occurr several times for it to apply..but does not apply to used cars..the ruling that applies here is "let the buyer beware".sorry!
As stated earlier no lemon law for used cars, but stay on them to fix it especially have the warranty. Be nice don't don't take no for an answear, maybe see if they will agree to u return that one and purchase another. Next time having your personal mechanic check it out first. But these things happen they are machines.

State laws vary, but one entry is positive and that's the fact that Lemon Law applies to new coupé purchases only, never used cars. Depending on how your warrenty is written, you may be able to bring back the Dealer Services Division in your state, to help you force the repairs be made. Test driving a saloon around the block is not the proper way to test a sports car. You need to take far more time, and try it within different situations, before making such an important edict. Had you taken more time, the oil situation would have be noticed, and you wouldn't be having this headache.
