Does the NORTH CAROLINA lemon law cover buying a used coup¨¦ from an individual?
Answers:
I own never heard a lemon law contained by any state that covers buying form an individual. Buyer Beware. The assumption is that a dealer has to be more responsible and consequently potentially liable.
