Would doctors be more reckless/irresponsible if you predetermined fees that lawyer can charge on malpractice suits?
...or allowing healthcare members to reduce their costs by signing an agreement to place a sunhat on potential damage/pain/suffering awards?
There are people who insist that allowing any and every lawsuit is the only instrument possible to keep doctors doing a good mission, BUT I think the open concluded rules for Trial Lawyers actually cause doctors to do a BAD situation and only work to make Trial Lawyers the most powerful lobby contained by the United States.
Can someone make an actual counter-argument (including reputable references to support them) minus simply just insisting they are right?
I think the just reason OBAMA refuses to impede Trial Lawyers is because they own the Democratic party and all their predictable supporters. But please prove to me I am wrong.

Whats beside this do you beat your wife daily cross-question. Tort reform cost the American people billions of political bribery remunerated dollars every year. What gov agency are you going to sue for malpractice under universal condition care? An who you going to call and complain something like a procedure you can not get under this plan, the answer is not a soul.
You're right about one thing. Malpractice suits are a legitimate problem. The issue is that there is no magic wand to fix the problem. Here's the point: this is an issue of the legal system preventing any sort of change to this. You would hold to change an entire legal branch surrounded by order to see malpractice suits be modified at all.
More importantly, it wouldn't fix the strength care issue. There's a reason why infallible counties have higher costs of form care than others. It's because doctors have businesses that are outside of their practices, next to scanning companies, and other places that do their various test. They prescribe these tests to enrich their companies and themselves, more often than because of malpractice lawsuits. Trial lawyer have nothing to do next to what you're saying here. They're not the ones at fault. The system is.
Edit: I needed to specify what was wrong in the court system, but I couldn't think of the words themselves. It's the tort system, and tort reform is extremely daunting.
"BUT I think the unstop ended rules for Trial Lawyers actually raison d`être doctors to do a BAD job"
And how can you back up this argument?
Why would a Doctor wanna do a bad livelihood so he'll have to pay huge fees to a attorney?
Lawyer "fees" in malpractice cases are contingent and based on state decree...if they win, they get whatever percentage that state's law allow and were agreed upon when the case be accepted by the law firm...if they lose, they carry squat. So, your whole premise is...uhm...wrong. Why am I not suprised?
Something needs to be done to stop lawyer from bringing frivolous and damaging lawsuits without probable inflict.
Lawyers sue to be suing for people. Judges need to brand name some of these lawyers settle out of court, because jurors are fed up.
Have you ever sit through a money trial where greed lurked at every evidence? You feel close to your time is so wasted and worthless, but this evil must have its daylight in court.
Have you ever sat through a trial where on earth all that is battle is a couple of egos?
How does this garbage gain into our courts?
Most trial lawyers need an nouns class every month.
Physicians are not going to become less competent or reckless if malpractice awards are cap.
The key to better physician performance is better training of physicians, not lawsuits.
It is a free enterprise system, if the doctor does poor work, he will win no business. Obama an congress are lawyers who are not going to cut off a sure dollar within their pocket. I never get chosen for juries because I will relate the lawyers outright that I am opposed to huge settlements. The general public needs to know that insurance companies do not reimburse settlements, we do through higher payments for our insurance and the distribution of cost through the products we consume. People need to wake up up.
