I would similar to to know what would be a all right amount to settle for next to my insurance (personal injury)?
My mother's car was hit by an uninsured motorist. The twist of fate took place about a month ago. Our car insurance provides coverage for acceptable medical expenses, and pain and suffering caused by uninsured motorists. My mother visit urgent care center following the accident and twice visit her physician. She did not suffer any fractures that we know of or any permanent damage, but the twist of fate caused her pain and the affliction did not completely disappear yet. She incurred around $400 in medical bills. I would similar to to know what would be a reasonable amount to settle for with our insurance.
"> P&S is usually three times the medical bills. However, since her insurance have covered her for that, why do you want more?
I had a car stroke of luck a while back and broke my arm. I had to own surgery and sued my greenslip (third party insurance - australia), I got offered and took $150,000 minus medical expenses. Not sure where on earth your from, but hope this helps! The driver not being insured here would be an issue, but if the sports car registered all good!
