Personal Injury Case at work??

My Office Manager continued to curese at mean, demean me, call me stupid and cuss me next to the "F---" word?? Do i have a personal Injury case?? I enjoy written notes of all of this for 3 weeks??

You make sure that you file an incident report, b/c if you don;t later worker compensation will reject your claim. The only thing though is you're going to hold to go to a doctor. If you are truly disturbed by the interaction from your supervisor then seriously see a shrink and see if they will refer you to a psychiatrist.
You don't know what type of damage that they could have cause to you.. what if your supervisor harassed you so much that now you never want to work again and you cant trust authority info anymore? That's pretty serious.
Also, make sure to make a formal complaint near the state.. I dont know what state youre in, but if in NY is OSHA.
