OK, injury to your "person" is different than injury to your "body". So Personal Injury is false arrest, discrimination, libel or slander, slander of character.
When you want to "claim", you can't put in an insurance claim directly to the other person's insurance company. You hold to write to the offending party, and make a constraint. Describe what happened. Then they usually forward the info to their insurance, or not.
