My vehicle be newly hit by another coup¨¦,their insurance doesn't cover personal injury, who will rate my medical bills?

my insurance does have personal injury protection coverage, but my agent said they might raise my premium and i dont want that, because the catastrophe wasn't my fault.
if the driver at fault's insurance doesn't pay my medical bills(i have my head, neck checked, i still hold headache and neck pain), then who will wage my medical bills? i don't know how much i need to pay for adjectives the medical bills and drugs. thank you.
your insurance might enjoy uninsured motorist coverage or under-insured motorist coverage, for when you are hit by someone with no insurance or not enough. as for what your agent said, he shouldn't read aloud that and you should complain to his superiors. suing should be a last resort if more conventional efforts don't work.
Sue the driver... seriously.
"> You can sue to recover damages not covered by insurance.
It sure would have help if you mentioned what state you're in. Most states have "no-fault" coverage specifically for that origin. If you're not in such a state sue the moron that hit you for every cent you can get.
Never heard of insurance that doesn't cover personal injury! If i.e. legal where you live, you really involve to move someplace civilized.

Were the police called? Did they make a report? Did anyone receive a ticket?

You entail a new insurance company too, your agent is an ***.

Anyway, if the other guy's insurance won't cover it, and you don't want to file near yours, you have to sue the other driver for the damages. That means actual money you are out for medical expenses, lost wages, that sort of article.

So, if you have lost days of work over this, they count. The ER bill counts. Dr visits count. Once you hold it all together, add it up. Compare that number to the max amount allowed within small claims court in your jurisdiction. If you number is less than the max, you sue within small claims. If your number is higher, you sue in circuit/superior/whatever they call for it where you are, court.
