Should i accept first offer of compensation?
I took my friends child to a contained by door soft play area and he received a laceration to his forehead from a bar that should of be pad. The company excepted liability and i had to take the child to at hand medical centre to be assessed. They stated the the child's forehead will be scared for go.
Yesterday i received a email offering us lb3200
and they stated;This offer is in full and final settlement of adjectives heads of claim.
Should i except this offer? I enjoy not used any solicitor to help.
If i decline it how would i reply to the email i sent i.e how would i word it?
I would really appreciate any help and thankyou in credit
