Im mortal sued for a sports car fluke that happen 2 yrs. ago for personal injury, will this show on my credit?

Hello, I was in an twist of fate over 2 years ago ( it was my fault).
Two months ago I found out I was getting sued for personal injury...I hold a lawyer and believe this lawsuit is completely ridiculus because I talked to the guy for a flawless half hour after the accident and he be fine, not to mention his car only have a slight dent in the front corner...anyway, I know about the public documents section of credit reports and I just needed to know if a pending lawsuit will show up on it, or will it only show if I lose the suit and enjoy a judgement against me? I recently checked my credit and so far it doesnt show up but Im worried it will be put on there. Any give a hand would be great!!

I presume you enjoy insurance, and your lawyer was hired by the insurance company. The lawsuit will show up on your credit individual if there is a judgment -- and it's desperate only if the judgment is unpaid. The overwhelming majority of personal injury lawsuits are any dismissed or settle before trial. Even if there is a verdict against you, I doubt, based on what you've told us, that it will exceed the limits of your insurance policy.
If you get a judgment against you it will,. but if you are ordered to income the court house back it wont, unless you dont pay, after they can suspend your license and put you in jail.
If you have insurance, you should contact your insurance carrier so that they can any settle the claim or defend against it. If it is settled or if it goes to court and a perspicacity is rendered, the insurance company will pay up to the policy limits. It will not show up on a credit report as a result against you.

If you do not have insurance, you will either own to defend yourself in court near a lawyer or have a non-attendance judgment entered against you. In such a situation, a acumen would ultimately appear on your credit report.
It will appear on your credit once a judgement is issued. I wouldnt verbs to much about that, but it will be a problem if you try to buy a house because it is a matter of public story
