Do most personal injury lawsuits settle since trial?

Answers:
there sure do
Oh lord yes, oodles people make their living stale of these types of lawsuits.
Unless it was something REAL serious , yes they are .. A few inhabitants I know settled before a trial..It's really up to the lawyer, but I would speak yes..
I would say yes. I fell and fractured my entire hip, which have developed into a permanent injury (leg on injured side now man shorter than the other leg resulting in a pronounced limp). My attorney said that permanent injury cases aren't even considered until one year have elapsed (which mine hasn't), but that he's confident it will be litigated out-of-court.
Most often, I think, in a minute days they are using more mediation than trials. Your attorney should be discussing these things with you.
Yes, settlement insures some money. In the court system you are less expected to win your case .
It depends upon the parties involved and how much money is at stake. Normally, when one settles before trial, it save time and money for all parties involved. Source(s): http://www.findlaw.com
