If you adopt a personal injury compensation bestow how long does it bring to receive cheque?

if you agree on an amount of settlement and sign paperwork accepting offer at your solicitors , how long does process of releasing cheque take ? does it brand any difference if it is from MIB .

1st the solicitor receive the money and holds it so they can make a bit of interest on it

If you be represented by legal councel he or she is the one to ask this question. The money most potential would go to the counceler and then to you.
