Personal Injury Claim - Play Structure Injury?

In a private school, my son (5) fractured his wrist twice falling from monkeybar. He is recovered however he writes a little slow and have poor handwriting, which may or may not be a result of the fractures. Do I have a case against the academy? How much I can sue for?
