How to receive a compensation from personal injury??
My son got beaten up by a stranger on the shoreline, he got broken nose, cut from mouth, one tooth fell and several other teeth in pain. After police chain the guy, police made a report, i tried to find a lawer, but the lawer doesn't think there is a baggage, all i want is some compensation ....what should i do?

Insurance is where compensation is usually recovered. Sometimes a court, in a criminal proceeding, will intrude "restitution" as part of the sentence, but it is not usually adequate. However, this may be your one and only bet, so ask the prosecutor if he would ask for restitution as part of the sentence, and yes, pictures and a medical report will help.
