How much should my personal injury settlement be?
Just out of curiousity and boredom on a sunday night I figured I'd ask. The gist of it be I was hit by a driver who ran a red restrained, my car was totaled (which have been settled since then), and fractured 2 bones in my appendage. I did have surgery and 3 screws be placed in my hand that are lifelong. No idea how much any of it has cost as far as medical bills because I haven't see any yet being that it happen about 2 months ago and I have be going to physical therapy for about a month and a partly and so far it seems as though this is going to be a very beyond repair injury as my hand does not close anywhere as much as it should. Not looking to be greedy at all purely curious...

He's in a better state of mind but he is still waiting for his travel case to go to court being that it's solely been 2 months for you it may be years before you see any money and I'm sure it won't be plenty, the insurance companies don't care about you and that you get hurt they care about keeping the money and giving you unbelievably little. It's hard to put a price on it your lawyer probably won't be capable of, you should seek a therapist if you start attitude depressed or start suffering post traumatic stress. Good luck to you
